IdeaHUB	$325 plus HST 25-minute time slots are designed for companies to launch a new product, run a demo, or present your company to attendees. The IdeaHUB will be promoted by OLA in the Official Super Conference program, the website, conference app, and on-site signage at the EXPO. This session can be attended by anyone with a full-conference badge or an EXPO Only badge.
Directory Enhancements	Add logos and company descriptions to your Program Directory listing.
Authors	Submit an Author Signing for the schedule. Author Signings are a very popular activity at the Super EXPO. With 193 authors and 220 signings at the 2026 event.
Special Event or Promotion	Submit a Guest or event Free To support the activities you have planned at your booth OLA offers the opportunity add discounts or events to your directory listing: Announce a special guest at your booth Promote a special discount(s) offered exclusively at OLA Super Conference Invite attendees to an event in your booth such as a coffee social, launch party, or anniversary party These program directory enhancements are in addition to your existing listing whether you choose a basic listing or added features such as a logo or description.
EXPO VIP Registration	Free Invite your customers to visit you at the OLA Super Conference. Exhibitors can order VIP EXPO Only passes.
