We are thrilled to welcome you to the OLA Super Conference this coming January! OLA Super Conference offers flexible registration options for in-person and virtual attendees. Review the pricing and registration categories below to find the option that’s right for you.

Not sure which rate applies to you? Most attendees will register using either the Regular Price or Member Price column. Discounted pricing is also available for eligible students, speakers, and other groups.

Registration Information

    • → Registration opens in mid-November.
    • → Early Bird member‑discounted pricing ends December 1 at 5:00 PM ET
    • → Online registration closes January 20 at 5:00 PM ET
    • → Onsite registrations include an additional $65 fee (except Expo‑Only and Speaker registrations).
    • → All prices are subject to 13% HST
    • → In‑person registrations include six months of on‑demand access to conference recordings.
    • → Group registrations or 10 or more attendees are available — please email superconference@accessola.com for assistance.

What’s Included with a Full Conference Registration?

A Full Conference registration includes:

    • → All keynote, spotlight, and workshop sessions
    • → Unlimited access to Super EXPO, Canada’s largest library trade show
    • → Access to optional Wednesday pre-conferences (pre-registration required; additional fees may apply)
    • → Access to Library Trustee Boot Camp programming on Saturday (pre-registration required; space may be limited)
    • → Six months of access to conference recordings and on-demand content
    • → Access to Career Centre programming and services
    • → Social events, including Opening and Closing celebrations, sector award receptions, and select tour opportunities

The full conference schedule will be released in mid-November.

What’s Included with a Virtual Registration?

A Virtual registration includes:

    • → Live access to selected livestreamed sessions on Thursday and Friday, including keynote presentations and other featured sessions
    • → Opportunities to submit questions and interact with attendees through the conference platform
    • → Access to exclusive virtual-only and pre-recorded content
    • → On-demand access to recordings of livestreamed sessions (available approximately 10 days after the conference and accessible for six months)

Additional details about virtual programming will be available in mid-November.

Optional Training & Special Programs

Each year, OLA offers a selection of optional training and special programs that can be added to your conference experience (+$250) or purchased as standalone registrations (+$350). Information about 2026 training and special programs will be available in the fall.
