OLA Associate Members can reclaim their booth space from the last in-person Super Conference by ordering their booth before October 6. OLA Associate Members who wish to move to a new location will be placed starting in early October on a first-come first-served based on the date of their booth purchase and location request. This area is restricted to companies with annual revenues below $50,000 gross for their business dealings with the Canadian library community. The $50,000 is subject to verification if requested.

Booth Add-Ons

Corner Booth Premium $275 Premium for all booths located at the intersection of two or more aisles. Premium per corner.

Associate Membership $225 Exhibitors must be current Associate Members of OLA at the time of the event.
Non-Member Premium Early Bird: $265
Full Price: $290		 Exhibitors who are not Associate Members must pay a non-member premium.

Program Directory Enhancements

Additional Buyer’s Guide Categories $7.50 Each company is entitled to choose FIVE product categories as part of your booth registration. Extra categories may be purchased.Categories can be submitted through the Exhibitor Buyer’s Guide & Directory Form.
Additional Directory Listing $30 Add a Directory Listing for a different company name or a featured product in the EXPO Directory in the printed conference program. Includes:

  • Company/Product Name,
  • address,
  • website,
  • contact info, and
  • five Buyer’s Guide product categories.

Directory enhancements such as Logos and/or Descriptions can be purchased.

Please submit an Exhibitor Buyer’s Guide & Directory Form for each company/product you would like listed in the EXPO Directory.
Special Event or Promotion Free To support the activities you have planned at your booth OLA offers the opportunity add discounts or events to your directory listing:

  • Announce a special guest at your booth
  • Promote a special discount(s) offered exclusively at OLA Super Conference
  • Invite attendees to an event in your booth such as a coffee social, launch party, or anniversary party

These enhancements are in addition to your existing listing whether you choose a basic listing or added features such
as a logo or description.
