OLA believes that Exhibitors and the EXPO are an integral part of the education process. The EXPO specifically is an extension of what is taught and discussed in the sessions and at keynotes. We hope you agree.

OLA extends the right to Associate Members to propose educational sessions. This allows the Associate Members to share experiences and expertise in a formal session setting. These are not intended as commercial sessions, but rather as a general, informative, balanced presentation on a particular topic in which your company might have a specialization.
The conference committee evaluates all proposals, and if they accept your proposal they will assign a convenor to work with your company and speakers. It is expected that the sponsoring company will cover all costs related to the speakers. OLA will provide stock audiovisual equipment in the manner it does for all sessions at Super Conference. The session will be jointly supported by OLA and your firm. This session can be attended by anyone with a full-conference badge. Note: Exhibitor badges are full-conference badges. These sessions are not available to EXPO Only badge holders. |

| IdeaHUB | Submit an IdeaHUB session | 25-minute time slots are designed for companies to launch a new product, run a demo, or present your company to attendees.
The IdeaHUB will be promoted by OLA in the Official Super Conference program, the website, conference app, and on-site signage at the EXPO. This session can be attended by anyone with a full-conference badge or an EXPO Only badge. |
| Authors | Submit an Author Signing for the schedule | Author Signings are a very popular activity at the Super EXPO. With 186 authors and 175 signings at the 2024 event. |
| Special Guests & Events | Submit a Guest or event | Host a special guest or an event at your booth |
| Meeting | Take advantage of everyone being in one location and host a member or user meeting.
Catering is available through the Intercontinental Hotel (for meetings in the hotel) and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (for meetings in the convention centre) |
