Note:
- Registration opens in mid-November and the OLA Member-Only Early Bird Discount ends at 5PM EST on Friday December 6th, 2024.
- Online Registration closes January 24, 2025, at 5pm EST, after which the Onsite Pricing will apply. Registration will open onsite at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.

Onsite Pricing
- Registration online will be closed Friday, January 24, 2025, at 5 PM EST. For attendees registering onsite, an additional charge of $65 will apply (excluding Speakers and Expo-only attendees). Onsite registration will be available at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
- All conference fees are subject to 13% HST.
Full Conference ticket provides:
- All keynote, spotlight and workshop sessions
- Unlimited entrance privileges to Super EXPO 2025, Canada’s largest library trade show
- Opportunity to opt in to a variety of Wednesday pre-conferences (limited space; pre-registration required)
- Full access to the OLBA Library Trustee Boot Camp (Saturday) (limited space; pre-registration required)
- Access to Treasure Mountain Canada (Friday evening & Saturday) (limited space; pre-registration required)
- Full access to the conference archive, including on-demand sessions and recordings of any in-person livestreamed sessions.
- Access to the ever-expanding program and services in the Career Centre
- Social events including the Opening and Closing parties, divisional award receptions, and unique tour opportunities.

Virtual Ticket provides:
- Live, real-time access to a single livestream on Thursday and Friday, including keynotes and other popular sessions. Watch the session, submit your questions, and interact with other attendees in the conference platform. - NEW: Access to an on-demand content library populated with freshly recorded content from presenters across library sectors – to view the sessions planned, take a look at the On-Demand page!
- On-demand access to the recordings of livestreamed conference sessions (available approximately 10 days after the conference and on-demand for six months).
