Welcome to the Ontario Library Association (OLA) Super Conference! Whether you’re a first-time attendee or a seasoned participant, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your experience. If you prefer a more visual method, you can peek at our Super Conference In-Person Attendee Orientation slide deck here.

Before the Conference

  • Review the Schedule: Visit the 2026 Super Conference website to explore the full agenda. Pay special attention to the ‘In-Person Conference’ and ‘Socials & Tours’ tabs if you’re attending onsite. All livestream and on-demand content will be available after the conference.
  • Mobile App: Once you receive your credentials by email in mid-January, log into the Super Conference mobile app to build your personal schedule. All sessions (except pre-conferences, tours, and ticketed events) can be added to your schedule for the days you’re registered, but please note that adding this does not guarantee you a spot in the room. Aside from pre-registered and ticketed events, all Super Conference sessions are first-come, first-served (and some will fill quickly). It helps to add a few sessions to each timeslot in the app in case you arrive in a room that is already full and need to make a last-minute change.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable footwear
  • Layers for changing temperatures
  • Lip balm & hand cream
  • Your preferred note-taking tools (notebook, tablet, laptop, etc.)
  • Comfort items (fidgets are welcome!)
  • Snacks and a refillable water bottle

During the Conference
