REGISTRATION
- NOW:
- All speakers must be registered to attend the conference. Speakers receive a significantly discounted rate in acknowledgment of all of the hard work that goes into contributing to the conference in such a meaningful way. We encourage speakers to register as soon as possible to ensure your badge is ready for you onsite. Regardless of whether you are a presenter for on-demand or in-person sessions, please select the ticket that represents the way you intend to attend the conference. Registration closes on January 24th, but a tip: the earlier you register, the faster your badge pickup will be onsite!
- Do you know someone who would like to convene your session? If yes, please share this form with them and we’ll aim to match you together. Would you like to self-convene? Please fill out the form yourself and indicate that you prefer to not have an external convenor. For those with convenors, you will be connected with them in mid-January.
FINAL PRESENTATION DEADLINES
- 6 DEC: Deadline for on-demand session presenters to submit their presentations to the conference platform, unless an extension has been granted by OLA.
- 20 JAN: Deadline for in-person presenters to submit presentation materials in order for them to be uploaded to the Super Conference site in time for the conference to take place.
- 3 FEB: Deadline for in-person presenters to submit presentation materials in order for them to be uploaded to the Super Conference site post-conference.
Promote Your Session
No one knows your presentation better than you. That is why OLA has developed a handy Canva template to help you inform and invite the professionals who will benefit most by attending. If you have not received the template link in your email inbox, please fill out this form and indicate you are looking for the Presenter Canva Link.
Simply follow the link sent to you by email and fill in your name, presentation title, date, and time, and download to share to your social channels to effectively promote your session at your own institution, to students and mentees, and like-minded colleagues through your professional listservs, email communications, social media and slides.
