Meg Uttangi Matsos is a branch manager at Hamilton Public Library. Over the past 10 years she has managed staff teams in small clustered rural libraries, inner-city neighbourhood branches, suburban community locations and at HPL’s busiest Central department. Her interests are in training and coaching library staff for front-line customer service and she currently delivers ILS training, Customer Service sessions and is part of a team analyzing Customer Experience at HPL.
