Kate is a self-taught coder who is passionate about maker culture and is an example of life-long learning. Prior to taking on her current role as Program & Outreach Coordinator with Lennox & Addington Libraries, she was a library technician with the Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board where she was a leader in demonstrating how to integrate coding and robotics into the curriculum. Kate is continuing to showcase these integrations in her programs at the Lennox & Addington Libraries.
