Joe Frank, author and illustrator of Arthur Garber The Harbour Barber, will be signing in the Firefly Books booth #706 on Thursday at 1:30 PM. When Arthur Garber sets up shop in a seaside town sailors, surfers and tourists each one messier than the one before show up at his shop desperately in need of tonsorial care. One day a person who had been lost at sea shows up in town and offers up the greatest challenge of Arthur’s career.
