Andrea Spender is Senior Advisor, Policy & Strategy, at Toronto Public Library. Andrea has cross-sectoral experience in private, public, and non-profit organizations including the National Council for Research on Women, Bard College, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Bank of Montreal, and McKinsey & Company. She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Policy from New York University and a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from the University of Western Ontario. Andrea has conducted research, published, and taught on the subject of leadership.
