Bonnechere Union Public Library (BUPL) are the innovators behind having youth representatives at board meetings. Since 2010, the library’s youth committee has always had the space to speak and be heard by the decision makers. This allows for the board to hear directly from young patrons as well as offers valuable life experience and skills to the youth.
